Initial fee of $159.00 was taken from my account. Am trying to cancel my subscription to their card. Have emailed 4 times, no response. Called once no response. They are supposed to be available until 5: oo pm pdt. That would be 7:00 pm cdt. They say email for faster response. What's the problem
