A fee of 159.95 was charged to my account. They received the money. They also attempted to charge my account 3 more times. I have incurred over 300.00 in overdrafts.
I have reported this matter three times with no response. I have called 10 times and have gotten a recording. They are supposed to be open until 5:00 pm.
How do I get my money back? Including the money for the overdrafts?
