This company STOLE $9 from my account and I called their 800 number to have the charges disputed and returned to my account which she said she would do within 3-5 buisness days.
She also informed me they have charged me for the last 3 months. The funny this is she read an email address to me saying I signed up for this NON-service and low and behold it wasn't even my email address. I will give them 5 buisness days to return all my money or I will gladly be making withdraws from their bank account via a lawsuit.
This $9 charge is bad enough for people with money because it is basically theft by deception but what about the retired on fixed incomes who probably don't even own a computer much less know how to use one.
There are several Companies that will lose my buisness as a result of this.
I informed my bank of the theft by decption and they are willing to investigate this company and if need be to take the appropriate action to see it doesn't happen again.
