I began doing buisness with Netbank while I was in Iraq because I needed a company that could do all its buisness electronically. Who better than an Internet bank? However Netbank always had a technical difficulties, and I could never transfer money into my account with them electronically. This obviously resulted in a Zero Balance, and suddenly I was in the Negatives with them and being threatened with the credit bureau. Obviously from Iraq I can't get them Money any other way.
To top this off, I never recieved an email reply from them when I would write to them to ask them what was going on. The customer service representatives are very rude on the phone, and Netbank continued to charge me money, and refused to lock down my account as obviously they were just racking up the dollars I supposedly owed them.
Now that I'm back from Iraq, i'm closing my account with them right away. Terrible company to do buisness with.
