Ripoff 349.00 OVER SEAS

I was called about a Government grant for $5500.00 guaranteed from a guy that said he was a gov agent. His name was James - and he claimed to have a badge #1246 he told me that i was approved for the grant and asked for a one time fee of $349.00 to be debited from my account. I also talked to a lady named Victoria & and she gave me a customer ID #. Do not fall for this scam they got me before I could cancell my account transaction. If anyone knows how i can get my money back and stop these people, please help?
