If you ever open a new business and get a Leader's Merchant Services flyer - throw it to a trash and never ever call them.
1. They suck you in with "low fees".
Which at the beggining look OK until you hit some CC that is called "non qualified" they charge 5% for processing. At the beggining charging you numerous fees without telling for what - once you try to confront them - usually that can do nothing about it.
2. I am paying 4.95 every month for my imprinter. When I need supplies - it is like a road to China on foot - hard and long. Takes over a month to get the stuff. I called in for the first time 03/14/06. Then I called in for the same matter - 04/07/06, took the name of the person (Jeremia) this time and was promised that my supplies will be sent overnight.
04/12/06 called again. Got Jeremia on the phone. He has no clue what I am talking about only makes a bunch of excuses that he is soooo good, so has no idea why it's not done - basicaly has no memory that I called.
In general - nobody ever knows what they doing there. To get to a live person - you have to call sales and hope to be transfered, because if you leave a message with apropriate department - they never call you back.
I am shopping for a new service, suggest all of their customers to do the same. Believe me there are normal services, that charge smaller fees and with much better customer care.
And Chase bank that they affiliate them selves with - has not clue about their existance.
