Well, like everyone else I'm sure, I was checking out the pills this company had as a FREE SAMPLE and the next thing I know there was a charge on my account for almost $100. I did not authorize this and so, as you may guess, I was very suprized when this charge showed up on my bank statement. I called my bank right off and since there was no contact information for the bank to contact them all the bank could do was file a report and credit my account within 10 business days. I have 2 children and now no money, so what was I to do? I got back on the net and typed in the web address for this company and found 2 sites. I saw all these testimonials on one site and and on the other I found the contact info for the company. So, I called the customer service number. I talked to a woman and she said she was sorry and that this was not meant to be a scam but that someone would have to contact me later to find out if they could credit my account back the money they took out. STOLE! I am very upset and I think this company, BurnFat2, should be shut down for false advertisment. I mean, I had no idea that this was gonna happen or I would have never even graced their site with my presence. I have a husband that works 50 hours a week to support a family of 4 on one income and I feel as though I have been violated and the people responcible for cleaning out our account should pay and never be able to do business again.
