Ripoff i got e-mail saying paypal had paid for a new motorolav3 pink razr quad-band cell phone $239.00

I recied e-mail that said cell phone from LWPELECTRONICS and being ship to Bill Chang but I could not find where pay pal had did or on a charge card is he looking for my information, and what should I do about this.
