Circuit City And Fnanb Bank
Charged me for late payments or large amount of interest after i made payments of over $1800 my balance went from $1300 to $1446 Lakewood Washington

Yes i would like to report circuit city and their bank fnanb. Here is my situation I made payments to these guys in just the month of February alone at least over $1,800.00.

Well during all these payments, i had made one payment on their online site for $1,300.00. However the money never came out of my bank account.

For some reason their site (circuit city site) did not include my full checking account number so the bank did not make the payment to circuit city or fnanb bank.

Circuit city however credited my account $1,300.00 for almost 3 weeks and i had made another payment cause i knew that payment for $1,300.00 through their phone teller system.

Anyway i had made these payments and it showed that i had a 0 balance because circuit city had for some reason not caught the mistake of credting me $1,300.00.

During the time i had a 0 balance i called the customer service reps and told them about the situation and they said they would catch the mistake. They soon did.

They caught that mistake in March and i saw it and they had put back the $1,300.00 that i owed them.

My first thought was okay well when is my next payment due, cause i dont want them to charge me interest or for any late payments.

Well i had called the circuit city site or the fnanb bank site, the bank sponsors or whatever.

The went through the process of the phone teller entered my ssn# and it told me no payment was due in the month of April.

I then checked on about the 19th of April on the circuit city site and fnanb site.

I looked at the amount due on the 19th of April and it said i did not owe anything. It showed i had a balance of $1,300.00.

I then logged on tonight April 26 around 7pm frame time and my balance went from $1,300.00 to $1446.30. I was furious.

I sent a not so nice email to them and said some unnice things about their company.

I had made payments 4 payments on 1 February $400.00,
7 February $50.00,24 February $1,065.00 and 15 February $105.00. I also made payment in 6 March for $517.00.

After making all these payments how do i go from $1,300.00 to $1,446.00. It would not have bothered me at all if when i checked my account in April and they told me i owed money.

The fact is i checked 2 times in the April time frame once on their phone teller system and the other time on the internet site and it said no money was owed.

The last time i checked was on the 19th April and my balance was $1,300.00. Can you please tell me how in the world circuit city can charge $146.00 in interest or a late payment.

I looked at my account and its all screwed here. They also charge $14.95 everytime you make a payment over the phone.

I really firmly believe circuit city is wrong for this and i know if i try to call them they will make some lousy reason why i owe them that i could see maybe $20 or $30 for their finance charge.

But where do they get off charging me that money. I will tell you they are theives and they are ripping me off. Its wrong.

$146.00 might not seem like alot but when you have other bills to pay then it is alot.

Thank you i hope that i just dont think its right to screw people out of money but i believe circuit city has done this before i just dont have those facts to report it from a while back.
