I was already with homecomings financial and was gonna refinance my home. Spoke to robert montoya ext2742 and one of his key selling points to me was that i would not have to make a payment for 60 days. Well that turned out to be a lie because I recieved a 30 day late notice in the mail.
I called robert back multiple times and left messages for him to call me but no response. Well in all I have talked to 4 different people from homecomings and the say that without documentation that robert told me this they will not take the 30 day late hit off my credit report. Now mind you I have never been late b4.
Now I have a 30 day late hit on my credit report wchich in turn screws up my fica score. Is there anyone out there that can stear me in the right direction on how 2 get this taken care of. Thanx
