Received a large classy-looking flyer and after checking it out it appeared to be a legitimate operation, so I ordered the report to the tune of around $89. (or more do not have credit card statement handy.
I barely started studying the materials and the more I read the harder it appeared to understand.
A few days later I received a call from a representative of the NoteNetwork Co. Trying to high pressure me to spending $1500.00 more so they could "coach me"
I realized I had been scamed and after asking for a refund I was told it would take up to 8 weeks to process my claim. My attorney at Wagner & Falconer and Judd advised them they had violated Minn. Statute, Chapter 325, under Minn. Consumer's protection law.
I have note received a refund to date. Russ Dalbey and his con artist crew are bad news.
