I was a holder of a First Consumers Bank credit card. I paied my balance. Then just as I was to make my last payment I did not get a statment. I called the customer serverice number. This led to an automated menu. I was told to send my payment to a P.O. Box, never talking to a rep. I sent it well before the due date. I was informed by mail that all cards were cancelled.
Then I was charged a late fee and I refused to pay it. So every month I get a statment from the So called Bank. I will not pay. As far as I am concern First Consumers Bank was a very well planed Ripoff from the start.
