I went through this company to get my select comfort sleep number bed. Even though I sent the bed back within the 30 day free trial. They still wanted me to pay for the bed because of the billing process. It takes a month or more for them to get the cancel notice from select comfort! So I was supposed to paying them for a bed that I did not even have because they could not get the paper work around for a month of more. I called and talk to several people including supervisors and got no where. They kept sending bills and the fees started to pile up. Neither hc processing or select comfort would do anything to help me. So to no avail my husband sent the 200 dollars just to ened this ordeal for a bed I did not even have for 30 days!!!
