I submitted the rebate form properly and on time for purchase made on Sept 28. I mailed the rebate info on October 5. Did not receive rebate within 12 weeks and called them.
The customer service number is an automated system — you can't talk to a person. The recording directs you to email for support.
I emailed and got one response that my problem would be investigated and I would be sent information within 72 hours. No information was ever sent to me.
I've sent numerous emails since then and get no response.
