Telephone ordered a eMachines T2984 with $100.00 rebate in March. Within a few days filed for the rebate following all the instructions and received a confirmation and tracking number from Onrebate. After alloted waiting time made several email requests regarding the rebate and automated reply shows "in process". Finally sent another email and was told due to a large volume of rebates the United Staes Post Office goofed up and Onrebate needed me to resend copies of all info, which I did. No action. Called Tiger Direct Customer Service and asked about their 100% satisfaction rebate policy. I was told to send copies of all the rebate information to Tiger Direct which was done. It is now November and nothing has happened.
