I opened my phone bill for the month of December and noticed right away that my bill was $15.40 higher than the month before. I did some investigation and found a suspicious charge from a company called Integretel.
I immediately called the 800# provided. I talked to a "customer service representative" who claimed that I signed up for this service through the internet. Of course this was completely bogus. I was told I would receive a refund within one to two billing cycles.
It is now February and I am still receiving charges on my phone bill from this company and have yet to see a refund. This company has now billed me for $ 46.20.
I am writing this to warn unsuspecting internet users to beware. Using your email address could be hazardous to your wallet. Unscrupulous companies are only too willing to RIP YOU OFF without your consent or even your knowledge!
