I have been contacted by spacecoin who is in charge of the billing for retrofeet. And they stated they have had no complaints against retrofeet and that they are unaware of the complaints. I called the customer support number 646-542-2521 and a man answering stating he is not affiliated with retrofeet and the it is a personnel cell phone. Someone needs to put these guys out of business.
