I purchased 2 pair of shoes from retrofeet. After a 2 1/2 weeks I called Retrofeet to check on the status of my order. I also sent various e-mails with no reply from Retrofeet.
I finnaly contacted a live person after various calls and that person said I should get my order by end of week. He also said I would receive a tracking number, I received neither.
I searched any history for retrofeet & found usacomplaints.com and read some other people's reports.
I sent a e-mail to Spacecoin at [email protected]. They are the company the Retrofeet uses to remove money from your account. I received an e-mail the next dat that said that the money would be returned to my account. Two days later the money shows credited back into my credit card account. I urge any one with the same problem to contact spacecoin.
