Wow, breaking news, did you know that "FREE" now means 12.95 per month forever? As many of you, I just received my credit card bill and noticed a charge I was not familiar with, so checked my last months statement and again another $12.95, (for what). So I called the credit card company, they said to call 877-481-6825 which I did.
A girl by the name of Lori (with broken english, hard to understand) answered. Told her what the problem was and was told there was a 30day trial period and after that there was a charge of $12.95. WHERE IN THE WORLD DID THIS COME FROM? I thought I was getting a free credit report, oh no she said, trying to give some reason as to why.
I told her I wanted a refund, that I did not want whatever she was trying to charge for (which was to be FREE). She then tells me that she "cannot" give a refund. I at this time got a little (maybe more than a little stern with her). To make a long story short I held my ground, and was put on hold several times, then she finally comes back and says my account will be credited in 7-10 days. (WE SHALL SEE).
