When I received this product they did not include an instruction booklet on the proper way to use the product. I had to go on the internet to try and find instructions, and even after requesting them to send an instruction booklet they did not and I returned the product two weeks ago after speaking with Susan in their customer Service Department. When I spoke with Brian on 01/05/06 he claims they still have yet to receive the product back, and it could take up to 30 days for them to process it.
