On May 16 I sent a check to The Koszinski Group in the amount of $30.40 for the booklet "Total Potency". I recieved the booklet within a month.
The information in the booklet supported an injection of a drug to relieve impotency. This is not an option I would consider, and the company should have been more foreright in their advertisement to save me the trouble of sending for the booklet.
I have returned products to The Koszinski Group in the past and have had no difficulty in receiving a refund. But this time the booklet was returned by the postal services with "Return to Sender. Forward Order Expired" hand stamped on my envelop. (Just a side note: the postage stamp had the date June 18" and the booklet was returned to me on September 19".)
I have not always thought that the products I ordered from this company were worth the cost, but I also have never thought that they were a "rip-off" company.
