I ordered their "roller shoes" for my son fro Christmas. When I received them, I realized I ordered the wrong size and immediatly contacted the company.
I was given a "return authorization number" and followed all the instructions for exchanging the shoes. I shipped them back the same day, and confirmed with UPS that they were delivered a few days later.
I them e-mailed the company requesting an expected ship date for my exchange, and never received a response. I have e-mailed and called several times. When I call during their business hours, an answering machine says they are closed and the mailbox is full.
Now, the only gift my son asked Santa for, won't be under the tree. Have yet to receive a response or credit to my credit card.
