Just want to say thank you! I received this phone call not but 5 minutes ago. I never give out personal informatinon the phone, but the caller was pleasant and professional with his answers. He gave me a phone number to call.
I got my cell phone and called the number why I was still on the phone with him. I found it ver odd that there was no company named mentioned when the answering machine came on. I heard our customer service agents are busy with other clients. No information about the company or anything, just every 15 seconds our agents are busy with other customers.
He then gives me his website. I can not pull up the website he gave me so I "GOOGLE" it. BOOM up pops the usacomplaints.com. Thank GOD. I was about to give in. There has got to be something done about this!
