Fraudulent billing ripoff

I have received fraudulent bill for $7.82.in fact, it is the second time. First bill was in September for $7.72. Looks very suspicious — simple letterhead, request for credit card payment only. Of course, I have never dealt with them. I have reported to credit agencies and state attorney's office.
