Money taken from my Checking Account With out permission

After reviewing my bank account, I discovered an unknown and unauthorized withdrawl from my account. The statement from the bank said "draft withdrawal ach; cca - 8007604045 payment". When I called the phone number all I got was a recorded message. They have taken $518.97 out of my account without my permission.

I do not even know what "CCA" Stands for and when I search for it online I find links to the rip-off's website.

This has caused me to have a Vehicle payment bounce and a vehicle Insurance payment to bounce.
