Do NOT work for this company! Everything that they say/do is completely CALCULATED and they thrive on manipulating young new college grads who have little work experience in the corperate world. These CLONES are totally brainwashed and don't think you are immune! I worked for this company for a many more months than they tell you it will take to be in management and I worked hours and hours months and months for NOTHING and got NOTHING out of it! Except now I have little to no trust for anyone and I feel completely taken advantage of.
Like everyone else who reports about these slimy cydcor companies, I went in for my 9 hour "Day of Observation" walking until my feet were THROBING in my brand new suit and cute shoes that were totally RUINED by the end of the day. I kept an open mind though, I mean, any professional job is better than waiting tables with my college degree right? WRONG!
This company ruined me not only financially, but physically and emotionally as well and absolutely HUMILIATED me in front of my friends and family. For months and months I was "one of them" I was convinced that this was the perfect opportunity for me. I told everyone who would listen about this great company that was going to train me into a manager and I would be owning my own business in about 6 months. Everyone was so proud of me. 6 months came and went and I was in more debt than I started with and now I had been killing myself working from about 7 in the morning until sometimes as late as 9 at night for 100% commission on sales that commonally didn't go through. So many days went by where I worked 12 hours a day and mad NO money. I was so humiliated after telling my family that I was going to be so successful.
This CULT company traps you by teaching their members specific ways to disconnect new members from loved ones so that they feel like the only people they have are the other cult members. They single out and prey on people. It is sick and should be shut down.
These people actually TRAIN the cult members to replicate the leader, Donata, who joined the cult in Chicago and followed them to Baltimore. I can't believe that this company gets these poor kids to move across the country for them! They even have a manual that they give the "leaders" of the cult (their word not mine) so that they can be as much like Danata as possible. It outlines specifically what you can and can not say in the office and out of the office to new potential cult members and how to "lock in" new members (i.E. Manipulate and brainwash). It even tells them what to say to push their "hot buttons" which is cydcor-speak means find out what you can say to them to get them to do what you want. Danata constantly talks about how to figure out what motivates people, meaning convince young kids to work all day every day, move across the country, alienate themselves from loved ones, and drain their personal bank accounts and all with pipe dreams of succes which Advertising Endeavors preaches on a daily basis is only possible if you give up everything for them.
It is hard to believe that intelligent people would fall for this simple of a scam but they DO! When I was scamed, I remember thinking that if all these kids were in on it how bad could it be? I went on "business trips" all over the country (at my personal expense) and tried to push office supplies onto businesses that weren't expecting me who had seen reps from advertising endeavors countless times. I was sent out on the streets all alone, sexually harassed by many men I encountered while trying to push office supplies on them AND by the assist. Manager.
This company makes young college grads feel insecure about themselves and teaches them how to manipulate others in an extreamely unhealthy enviornment. It is very strange and I definately advise everyone to stay away
