Triad Financial
Disability insurance have been making my payments since 2002. Triad post my payments as insurance payments and then report my account late. They call 3 to 4 times a day beginning the day after the account is due. Ripoff

This company has harrassed me for a couple of years. They are rude and very unprofessional. They never seem to work together.

Disability insurance have been making the payments on my vehicle since May. Triad has been posting many of the payments as insurance payments. The insurance company made a couple of large payment because I became totally disabled in 2001. They posted the money the way they saw fit and told me that they could post it anywhere they saw fit because I did not specify where I wanted the money to go. What they failed to acknowledge was that the money came from disability ins. And not me. I could not specify if I did not know when the money was sent.

They said that I requested 2 extentions. I did not and I tried to make them see that I was not making the payments therefore I would have no reason to request an extention.

They have reported my payments late to the credit agencies which has lowered my credit scores.
