Consumer Rewards Network - Health Network ripoff, fraudulent, SCAM

I was contacted via telephone about 2 mos ago by a gentleman named Jimmy Smith Id# 142 at this company offering a $500.00 shopping spree, $200.00 in rebates and 4 movie passes all for being a good tax paying citizen. All that I needed to do was pay a one time processing fee of $4.95.

I was very leary and was adament that I did not want my account to be charged for unauthorized debits. I was assured that it would not, in fact I was given some schpeel about how it would be no different than me going into a store and writing a check for 4.95, that the store could not charge me no more than what the check was wrote for.

Well, still weary, I was then turned over to a supervisor named Nick Alter Id # 521 who also assured me that i would not be charged but the 4.95 processing fee. I was also made listen to other offers at which I declined to participate in. When asked if I understood, I replied no, and was yet again assured that it was only the 4.95 processing fee that I would be charged. I was asked what time of day did I prefer my package to be delivered and given a tracking id # 0762822 and a toll free customer service # to call if I had any more questions.

Well I never recieved my package and on Nov. 1 2005 my checking account was debited 129.90. I called the customer service number and was treated very poorly. Oh well, nothing they can do, it was too late to cancell now. I was supposed to cancell 10 days after recieving my package. I never recieved a package so how was I supposed to know I had something to cancel.

I told her that I would be reporting them to the Better Buisness Bureau and that I would sue if I had to, that this was wrong. I aske dto speak to her supervisor and she said hed only tell me the same thing she did. It's too late to cancel and my money will not be refunded.

Then has the nerve to ask if I'd like to cancell. This company is a FRAUD and a Scam and need to be stopped. I am planning on using every resource I can to make sure this doesnt happen again and that this company is put OUT OF BUSINESS
