Digitalnowtv.com and that dirty rotten scoundrel, charles mason should be sent to Iraq and held in the same cell as Saddam and thus be tried with crimes against honest, decent, hardworking consumers such as me and the other customers. No better yet, send his lazy butt to New Orleans, Louisiana and put him to work by cleaning up the debris and rebuilding the homes that were lost as a result of Hurricane Katrina. Place armed guards near him so he won't escape. Also, tape his lying mouth shut so he won't scam other people.
Joining him should be all of the other lying cast of his crew. They don't deserve the respect of being called customer service representatives. Their names are: anthony, tecilia, rhonda, danica, diane, gail, and two "ghost supervisors" named theresa and sarah who had never returned my numerous telephone calls to digitalnowtv. "nils", the "finance officer" anthony told me to call was never at the office. Where is he from? Sweden? He sounds as if he participates as a contestant along with the other Scandinavian competitors on ESPN strong-man contest. You know the ones who pull tractor trailers with their teeth, and hurl big kegs over 10 ft. Walls for prize money. I should have perceived what the name "nils" stand for - it interprets "nil" meaning "nothing". The name of the plasma 32" tv was "J-Winn" which meant "I lost". That's 2 clues I overlooked in my request for honest service and of course, my much needed refund.
I was told since July that my $149.90 would be refunded or my checking acct. Would be credited. I'm a disabled Army Veteran who lives on a monthly fixed income and cannot afford to sqander money in this fashion. I made an innumerable amount of calls to the following numbers: 1-800-756-0690,1-888-511-2791, ext. 704/705, or 1-888-446-4720 at two-day intervals, then suddenly an answering service took the place of these "no-gooders".
I just got the "proverbial" runaround from these scammers. I even tried contacting the BBB in Nevada, and the BBB in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, (digitalnowtv had a company called "Lead Sourcing Services Group" located in Vancouver when I printed out the digitalnowtv info.) but to no avail. Anthony told me he was located in reno, NV, but that proved to be a lie also. Charles again lied (why I'm not surprised) when he told me during a telephone conversation, (I undoubtedly initiated) that a law firm in Staten Island, NY, was handling this case. Charles always insisted he was in purchasing and was innocent and didn't know why I didn't get my refund, oh, poor charles! Needless to say, I didn't believe this bull either. Well he told me the name of the lawyer and upon calling I was informed the lawyer did NOT represent charles. As a matter of fact, this law firm didn't know who the hell charles mason was. Foiled again in my futile attempt to obtain my refund. Charles even got the lawyer's first name wrong. He said "Mark". The lawyer's first name is "Michael"!
Did you notice the first letter in these scammers names are in lower-caps. This is a reflection of their personalities because ALL of them are "low-lifes"!!
Please try to find this "wolf in sheep's clothing". Perhaps this creep, charles, is in Florida after Hurricane Wilma devastated certain areas and is waiting on line for ice, water, food, and gas (exactly what he's full of) stealing it from the residents of this tragedy who really are in dire straits for these precious commodities to sustain their lives. I wouldn't doubt it for one second if he fraudulently applied to the Red Cross and other charities for Hurricane Relief. That's the type of SCUM he portrays himself to be. This world would be better off without charles mason.
