These cheats take your order, charge your card IMMEDIATELY, and never ship your part. When you call the toll free # to order - they are happy to lie and tell you they have a part - that they go look for after they have already billed you. I was charges 286.50 on my card on 10/06/05 and I have never received anything. When you call back, they ask you to hold, then they hang up on you. You call back, go to voice mail, call back and are put on the "hold-hangup" rotation. I have called no less than 25 times. I have been told the person that took my order doesnt work there anymore, we'll handle it. Then told, the person that told you that is no longer here, we will check into it and call you back - THEY WILL NEVER CALL BACK! They lie, cheat and steal your money!!! Perhaps someone else will benefit by this posting. Try calling the General Manager John Bardino at x202. I am still trying to get through the bogus phone system to get to him. Report these losers, maybe they will get nailed.
