Ive seen the other complaints here. Appears to offer you $248,000 for sending them $8.95 plus $2.00 rush order.

Poor English infects the letter.

Dont forget to send your complaint to the US postal service. They are more likely to act on mutliple complaints. You can do it online. Keep your documents for a few months in case someone wants to access them.

I noted the envelope had the apparantly legit postal permit of

Also the apparent government office looking seal on the envelope with

"release for recording"
