Gsi (grant services incorporated) was on the interenet with the promise of they could get me $6,000.00 to spend on bill's or whatever i needed to. The only exceptions stated that i couldnt go on vacation, gamble, or use it for criminal action's. Sounded ok, so i payed the $298.00 and was told it would take 6-8 week's.
Well 9 week's later and three call's to thier company, i recieved a package inwich felt a little too heavy to be just a check. So i opened the package to my suprise it was a book and a cd-rom disk and a letter and that was all. So looking at this book it supposedly tell's you on all how to legally file for a grant and show you how to do all the paperwork.
Also i popped the cd-rom in the drive and guess what it doesnt even have anything on it. So i payed for a book that was probably only really worth $10.00 and the cd-rom worthless. So i was ripped off for a total of $288.00 and it get's worse.
I call the company on thier 866 telephone # and wait 35minutes for a person when i was told without a tracking # they couldnt help me. Well i went in search of the tracking #. Well i couldnt find it. (you know it's only been 9 and a half week's since i wrote it down anyway)
I call the # again and ask for a manager and supposedly got one. I was then told for me to give him all my info and they would get back to me by mail within 5-9 buisness day's and when i asked about thier refund policies the man on the phone hung up on me.
I called back and got the same manager and asked him why he hung up on me. He said nothing and said i can only do what i am told and hung up again. So i guess the refund policy was the dial tone after being hung up on..
