I recieved a lead at 1:44pm on Friday Sept 23. I called the lead, she reported to never have filled out the form and wanted all the company info to launch a complaint for someone fraudulently selling her information.
At 2:30pm on Sept 23 I requested a refund for legitimate reasons "per MortgageLeads.net" and said it was becasue the borrower did not fill out the form. One of the companys "pat choices" for a refund. The following was the response I recieved From: TCS Support

You must provide a reason for the lead return
Lead replacements are granted for the the following reasons. Borrower does not own the property, wrong phone number, or borrower did not fill in the

So I sent a follow up email stated I did state a reason and please credit my account per your guidelines and entered for a credit again. The following was the response I received.
