Ripoff by sending letter of notification of a hugh award that I never sign up for or sent in a enrty in for to anyone ever

First let me say thank you to the staff at rip off report for there hard work on there web site that for the second time has saved me from losing money due to people like H.P.R. Contact delivery services.

I was very close to sending them the $19.99 "REPORT FEE" when some one in TEXAS got the same letter to the tee promising a grand CASH&AWARDS of $1,900, 000.00 if I sent in the processing fee.

If it were true in any form why not just have me sign a release letter saying they could take out the fee of my winnings huh.

We'll not me not today and hopefully to anyone else if they have the know how to come to this GREAT web site not to be RIPOFF

Because let's face how can they afford in truth to give everyone the $1,900, 000.00 win-opportunity. Duhhuh.
