My sister contacted me, the only relative who lived outside of the New Orleans, LA area during Hurricane Katrina. She was housed in a Red Cross Shelter in Houston, TX after the evacuation. Me being her only point of contact, called me collect. I received a bill for $21.71 for a 3 minute telephone call.
This should be a CRIME.in my opinion, this company is taking advantage of the public during vulnerable times.
