I must have received over 100 harassing phone calls from First National Bank of Marin since about May telling me that my daughter (an adult who does not live in my home) owes $43.00 and that they are her bank and regardless of whether I like it or not she gave them permission to call my house.
Sometimes they called 3 and 4 times a day. My daughter has no prior knowledge of this company, much less ever opened an account with them. I have told them not to call my number again at least 100 times. They said they are not soliciters and can and will keep calling to reach my daughter until I give them information where they can call her.
The callers will not give me ther physical street address or real names. They say a guy named Angel owns the company and "Angel" stated he owned the company. I was told different things by different people. One guy even asked me if my daughter is married.
They have no address, it is a phone calling center, it is really not a bank, they are in Las Vegas, my phone number is being dialed by a computer so it is not their fault they called me. I called their phone back and recorded a 30 minute message saying over and over again not to call my phone number. 4 more times after that I asked the woman her SSN# and the calls stopped for about a month August
Now they are back at it again starting September.
