Ripoff fraudulent billing telling information about a third party to us on the phone Nevada

I just filed one of these reports on the First National Bank of Marin a couple of hours ago concerning harassing phone calls about a third party. They called again! This time the individual would not give his name and they have never given an address. This time they talked to my husband and told him (our adult daughter) who does not live at our address owes $381.00, reason for it is she does not have a credit card, and when they get the $381.00 they will send her a credit card. She does not know why they are calling and does not want their credit card and I don't believe she is under any obligation to have to have one of their credit cards. My husband told him that they had been told not to call our phone over 100 times. The person told my husband they had to have his social security number if he did not want them to continue to contact us.

My husband did not give it to them. I wonder what they would do with that information, as loose as their lips are concerning third parties. Then they gave us another number to call. 888-729-6274. The menu prompted me for the last 4 digits of my social security number and finally I put that in. Now that could have been the last 4 digits of just anybody's social. The prompt said it didn't recognize it. I hit the 2 button for lost or stolen cards and notified them not to cantact us again but the woman seemed thick and I kept having to repeat myself. I wonder if I allegedly owe money now that they have my information. Maybe they are going to charge me to put me on their no contact list. They are trying to charge my daughter for not having a credit card. No one is obligated to have to have one of their credit cards.
