I received charges on my 2005 January billing from my local telephone company for calls to Israel that had never been placed by myself or anyone else in my household. The charges totaled $23.53 one for $15.86 and the other $7.67.

After placing a call to my local company and explaining I never placed these call the charge was removed. Now 8 months later I receive a bill from NoviComm or should I say there billing agent One Call Long Distance.

I was given a number to call if I had any question of 800-949-2390 to my amazement I can not get through to anyone to dispute this charge nor could my local phone company. I have been give an address to write them of PO BOX 3141 Carmel Indiana 46082 and also PO BOX 29252 Sanatono Tx 78229-0252.

I am very angry that this is going on and this company has not yet been stopped
