We bought a computer through Best Buy which uses HRS USA. We owed 1500.00 when we first bought it and now we 500.00 over our credit line because of late fees. I always mailed my payment 10 days ahead of time and we only live in Riverside Ca. It never failed that I got charged a 29.00 late fee every month. Finally I got tired of it and told them to extend my payment due date to a later date in the month and now the same thing is happening. I think the consumer is getting treated very unfairly by this company. I asked one time if I could pay my Best Buy bill in the store and they refused. Major rip-off
