The Nouveau Tech Society
RIPOFF Lures people in with promise of prosperity. Name gotten off list of book buyers, Grove City Ohio

I read this letter from said "company" and it said it was from an "annonymous" group of people that felt "I" had some secret traits. The letter writer first says that they, too, are remaining annonymous, however, the letter is later signed by a "Kirsten Hart."

The letter itself is mailed in what would appear to be an overseas type envelope that has a return address from Grove city, OH, yet the return envelope inside has a Clifton, NJ address.

The letter was postmarked Aug. 20, but said I had until Aug. 25th to reply.

As I read some of the comments listed on this website, it clicked where the authors of said letter got my name from.

I had ordered a book off a TV infomercial by "Kevin Trudeau" titled, "Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About."

I found some things in the book beneficial, but also thought the book itself, and the advertisement for the book, was somewhat of a scam, because Mr. Trudeau failed to reveal most of those cures he said were in the book and that the reader had to go to his website or order another book to find out those cures.

In going to the website then, one had to become a paying member to register. Also, on the website, was a long list of things "exempting you" from joining. The subscriber had to, if you will, agree that they were not a government official of any kind and had to accept certain other responsibilities. After reading all that, I certainly did not join and have not been back to the website.

I feel that this "Secret Society" is another way he can capitalize on the information he is presenting, by luring people in with the promise of everything a human being ever wanted, but then having to subscribe/pay to get it.

Now, I did not order the "free material" but believe he will give you snipits of what is in his book and you will in turn have to order something to get the answers you are looking for.

In summary, I believe that Kevin Trudeau is attempting to capitalize on these Nouveau Tech Society mailings in an attempt to bring in more sales to his literature so that HE may profit, and not US the consumer. Regardless of the fact that I find some of his information beneficial, I believe that this way of reaching out to people for profit is a pathetic way of doing business and is a complete scam on the surface.
