Card33 - BFLPay-Supersaves
Ripoff

I have been ripped off! Don't let this happen to you!!!

I was searching for appetite suppressants online and wanted to find the best price. I was checking out all of the available sites when I came upon Frontier Pharmacies who had the best price. They charged a $19.95 fee and did not charge for shipping and handling.

After looking at a few more sites and noticed that some of them also charged a fee, I went ahead and placed my order. According to the information, I was to receive a confirmation email immediately following placement of my order. I waited and waited but no email arrived.

I checked my bank account the following day and found where BFLPay-Supersave5c.com was pre auth for $19.95 but there was no pre auth for the amount of the prescription I thought I had ordered. I decided to check the BFLPay-Supersave5c.com address and was directed to the consumer complaints and was immediately fearful and concerned about my finances as I had provided that rip off "company" with my personal information, trusting they were legitimate and honest.

I went to my bank the following day and was informed I needed to attempt to work out any problems with the company in question so I called the 800-605-9875 number and after a long wait, finally spoke with a very young sounding male who stated there is probably just a delay as they were VERY busy, even though he did not know which company I was calling about, and to wait until Monday and my purchase would probably be authorized and be on its way.

On Monday I saw that my $19.95 had been paid to the supersave "company." I went back to my bank and they had to hot card my bank card (reissue another card) which I will not receive for 7 to 10 business days. I was instructed to return to my bank in one or two days and they would try to get my money back after I write out what had transpired.

I feel very ripped off and want something done about this/these companies. What can be done?
