A similar situation happened in Norwalk... The same thing happened, an italian guy in a PT cruiser supposedly a rental and offered 7 jackets.
He said that his exposition went really good and only asked for the rental of the car... BEWARE do not buy... All these stories are too similar.
This is an Italian guy late 20's, early 30's driving a PT Cruiser claming to not wanna pay taxes at the airport so he sells these for cheap.
Yes, my man, as well as I gell for this. Unfortunately one does not make any research on it until its too late.
