I got scammed by this Italian guy just today.
I just saw this web site after I was searching for the Reportage Armani. I was heading to the post office when this guy pretending to be Antonio Vallo, told me his story the same that I found here, that hes an Italian designer that lost all his money gambling and needs to pay for his rental car. Problem is I gave him $300 for his rental and he gave me 3 Fake Reportage Armani jackets. Too late I found this website after 20 minutes that he has gone. I really felt stupid cause I lend him the money in good faith.
I even told him that Ill ship you back the jackets when he sends me tha payment if hes back in Italy. And I was so stupid too not writing the license plate of the Chrysler Pacifica (very light green color). It was a first time experience for me and I felt crushed after knowing this website and reading the same thing that he had also scammed. I worked so hard for that money casue Im just an average person. Went to Police to file a report but they said its a civil case and a case of business gone bad. Police just wants these things to keep on happening.
Well, I do believe in the saying that "What goes around comes around". Just beware cause he's in Los Angeles area as of now Oct 25. If anyone spots this person, he has semi long hair with thin mustache and sports a coat driving a Chrysler Pacifica light green and he has a guy also Italian looking sitting in the front. Pls. Let me know cause I wanna track him down.
