Do NOT ship with Starbox Express. They do NOT handle your packages with care like they say they do. My packages that I sent though them were damaged on arrival.
They did not reimburse me for the damages rather they claimed that the goods were broken already before I shipped it. That is just plain stupid. Why would I ship damaged goods?!?!
Not only were the goods damaged on arrival but it took a month for Starbox to ship it out. They billed me incorrectly higher than their advertised price. Overall I'm dissatisfied with their service.
A total rippoff and scam! Fair warning, do not ship with them!!! Their name is even a ripoff! Starbox Express?!?!?! I guess they want to think they are affiliated with the popular coffee company we all know, lol.
