I also purchased tickets from Ticketmaster online. I started getting $7.00 charge to my checking account. I used my debit card to make the purchase.
Called and MADE them return my $7.00 charges for the past 3 months. I haven't seen the refund on my account just yet, but I will keep track as to when it is done. I wasn't sure if the recorded there conversations but when I asked and they said yes. At this time I repeated that they would refund my account and ask the Rep to repeat his name.
Don't give up... This is B.S. This is hard worked and earned money to be riped-off with such ease from some B.S. Company.
