I knew their Mail-in-Rebate program was designed to rip you off. The condition that you have to apply for MIR after 180 days but before 210, is a way to cheat a lot of people. But not me - I sent all the required documents on day 182.
However, when I do a status seach after 3 weeks, the website says 'Rebate Not found'. They must be hoping that they can get me past day 210 and then say, 'you didn't send it in time'. But I am determined to do a lot of things between now and day 210. I have just got started. Any ideas from fellow readers are welcome.
By the way, their support number 1-888-378-8091 will never take you to a human being or anything close.
