I enrolled at the above mentioned college to try and finish my degree. Their tution fees as I found out were very expensive and not to mention I also found out me credits would not transfer. I enrolled there partime taking two classes. I could not enroll full time due to lack of financial aid. I applied and received what I thought was a grant. That is how they represented it to me anyways.
A month after starting classes I received a bill from a loan company stating I owed 6600.00. I went to the financial aid dept. And asked for the person who filed my paperwork, she was not there, I asked for the person whose name appeared on my paperwork, I was informed that person no longer worked for the college. I then advised the college of my intentions to withdraw.
I was informed I would be responsible for the balance left of 3395. I advised the administrator that I was only attending part time and they were charging me for full time admission. I asked about with drawing before any penalties were asessed they told me I missed it by about five days, just before I received my bill. I just need some advice or help if possible. Thanks
