Ripoff, took money out of account before I received packages, runaround about refund

They told me that I would receive a package and that once I received the package I had 10 days to cancel or they would debit my account for $149.90.

I did not receive the primary package ever. I noticed that an amount of 149.90 was taken out of my account about 2 weeks after I spoke with them on the phone but I was not sure why. The next month I received some type of disk for phone service from them and I called my bank for a number for the debit and the numbers matched.

I called the company and they told me that they had no controll over that and I spoke with a member of management and they told me that they would send me a check in the mail within 10-12 days business days and apologized for the confussion.

After 2weeks I called them back and asked about it. They told me that it had not been sent out and they could not tell why. THey said they would have to open a dispute ticket which would take 36-48 hours and thenthey would need another 10 - 12 days to send it out again.

Today is the 12day and they have not sent it out yet. They told me to call back again tomorrow. Because of this my account went into the negative and other little checks bounced because I should have had $200 in my account but after the withdrawal of $149.90 everything was off.

I needed my money back the day they took it...
