Excellent detective work. A lot of updated information in your latest post. Here is the link for the Arkansas AG's Consumer Protection office:

From there, they provide instructions on how to file a comsumer fraud report. I might also suggest filing a report with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) which is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). I'm also making a complaint with them today (07/26). Their link:

While I haven't been "blocked" from their website per say, I lost any ability to "track" my order on their site (which is fine since there wasn't much information there anyway). It's funny, once you make a complaint about this company (or cancel your order altogether) your information suddenly disappears. *I also called and found out that some of the telephone numbers from other posts are actually Nextel phone numbers that have been disconnected or are otherwise not in service. Sounds a bit "fly by night" to me.
