I honestly dont know who is worse... Hydroderm or my credit card company. I wont name the credit card company. Yet. But I now know Hydroderm are certainly very close to criminal types and I thought my credit card company could see that with all the information I have sent, called and faxed to them but at this point they have defended Hydroderm and claim I am the bad guy.
They even got a Hydroderm guy on the phone and we had a three way were the hydroderm guy came across as Mr. Nice guy and i was Mr stupid trying to not pay my bill. I have spent several hours on this $45 or $49 charge and will probably spend several more. I feel like I have been cheated not only by Hydroderm but by the credit card company as well. Life is short and now I actually start shaking when I deal with these people. I had to hold my pen with two hands while on the phone getting some useless information from them.
They should be in jail IMO
